Think the Foundation for Chiropractic Progress Can't Help You? Think Again!

Kent Greenawalt

Do you think the Foundation for Chiropractic Progress (F4CP) can't help you? Think again! The F4CP was created to help chiropractors just like you! The foundation is designed to produce real solutions to the problems that affect your practice and our profession. You may have heard of some of the great work the F4CP is doing, but it's time to think again about what the foundation means to you.

The foundation's main goal is to spread the positive benefits of chiropractic ... and right now, the F4CP is hard at work with a positive press effort! So far, the foundation has advertised about the good news of chiropractic in several national publications, such as Newsweek, U.S. News & World Report, Business Week and Sports Illustrated. During the three-month period between July and September of this year, more than 12 million subscribers of these publications saw our ads!

Stop! Take a moment. And think again! Think again about all the millions of people who saw our positive message about chiropractic. Think about how this positive press effort is affecting people who have negative perceptions about chiropractic. Think about how it is building a new positive perception for those who are not familiar with our profession. Think about how you'd feel to be a part of this positive movement. Think about how you'd like to help your profession grow.

The positive press effort is far from over, but as you can see, the F4CP is already off to a fantastic start! The foundation launched an advertising program that will place positive messages about chiropractic in several more national publications. For example, the cover of November's issue of Total Health magazine featured a pro-chiropractic message from Ms. Fitness USA 2006, Sarah Harding. Sarah has become an ideal spokesperson for the profession by giving her testimonial about what chiropractic has done for her. She has competed as an athlete for most of her life and now shares her amazing experiences with chiropractic and how much the profession continues to help her. Sarah's testimony is incredibly inspiring, so look for that cover story!

From now until August 2007, the F4CP will release more positive press about chiropractic. The positive press effort is designed to get the public thinking about chiropractic when they choose a health care provider. The more positive press the F4CP can put out there, the more it will cancel out the negative perceptions of chiropractic. The F4CP wants the public to see chiropractic as a unified, positive group that has the sole purpose of helping people achieve a healthy, happy lifestyle. We don't want to be in a mud-slinging contest, because everyone who participates will end up looking dirty! That's why this positive press campaign is something you can take pride in! The F4CP is rising above the negativity and focusing on all the great things chiropractic can do.

The foundation can reach more people with your support, so it's time to think again about what the F4CP can do for you. Think about how proud you'd be to see a positive ad about chiropractic. Think about your office filled with patients who saw these ads and chose you to help them achieve a better lifestyle. Think about getting involved in the F4CP and discover what a difference it makes for you.

This is a powerful campaign and one that could use your support. Your donation, whether large or small, could have a major impact on the positive press effort. Your willingness to join the foundation and become a part of the solution will help your profession. Think about how far the F4CP could reach if it had your support. Think again and join the Foundation for Chiropractic Progress today. Together, we can make a difference!
