Dr. Masarsky graduated from Cornell University in 1975, and New York Chiropractic College in 1981. Since 1983, he has been in private practice in Vienna, Virginia, with his wife and business partner, Marion Todres, DC.

With Dr. Todres, Dr. Masarsky has co-authored a number of research papers in such publications as the Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics, the Journal of Vertebral Subluxation Research, Chiropractic Technique, and Chiropractic History. His most recent collaboration with Dr. Todres is the co-editing of a 2001 book published by Churchill Livingstone: Somatovisceral Aspects of Chiropractic: An Evidence-Based Approach.

Dr. Masarsky serves as a postgraduate lecturer for both Cleveland Chiropractic College and New York Chiropractic College. He was one of the chiropractic volunteers at "Camp Unity," in Washington, D.C., providing free chiropractic care to Pentagon employees, rescue workers and fellow volunteers in the aftermath of a terrorist attack there in 2001.
