Foundation Scores Another TouchdownWashington Redskins cheerleaders join the Foundation for Chiropractic Progress' PR campaign to promote chiropractic.By Editorial Staff With the Super Bowl only weeks away and football squarely in the public eye, the Foundation for Chiropractic Progress (FCP) has recruited more support from the National Football League for its ongoing public-relations campaign to promote the value of chiropractic care to the public. The FCP, which named NFL Hall of Famer Jerry Rice a spokesperson back in 2008, recently completed a video public-service announcement featuring the Washington Redskins cheerleaders. A print advertorial and 60-second TV spot are also in the works.
"I've experienced multiple injuries during my career as a cheerleader - everything from pulled hamstrings to sprains and even lower back pain - setbacks that chiropractic care [has] always helped me recover from," said Chelsea Causey, a third-year member of the Redskins cheerleading squad.
Amanda will join fellow Redskins cheerleaders Denise Medina and Barbra Beach at Parker Las Vegas to perform, sign autographs and make their presence felt at the FCP booth. Amanda and Denise appear in the video PSA.
