William Holmberg, D.C., president of the Chiropractic Centennial Foundation (CCF), announced this decision by saying: "The foundation unanimously approved these sites in order to ensure more chiropractors are able to attend. We also felt that the ability to reach and communicate with the decision-makers in Washington, D.C. during our 100th anniversary was an opportunity we couldn't pass up."
Dr. Holmberg specified the Centennial Celebration in Davenport will run September 15-18 (Friday-Monday), with September 19th (Tuesday) set aside as a travel day. The celebration will continue in Washington D.C., September 20-23 (Wednesday-Saturday).
Each location will have a full schedule of continuing education, trade shows, and association meetings. Special events unique to each location will be planned.
"This is going to be a grand celebration of chiropractic," said Dr. Holmberg. "All chiropractors who are proud of their profession and looking to the future will want to be involved."
There will be ONE registration fee which will entitle the registrant to attend either location or both.
