Correction to We Get Letters & E-Mail (March 20, 2000)

By Editorial Staff

William Culbert Jr.,MD,DC, writes: "I would appreciate an editorial correction on my letter to the editor in your March 20 issue (http://www.chiroweb.com/archives/18/07/20.html). I said that the IPV (inactivated polio vaccine) was introduced nationally this year because of eight cases of iatrogenic polio in the U.S. The change was made because there were only eight cases of polio in the U.S. These were caused by the oral polio vaccine."
